Here in Lisbon at Zuzabed we believe that everybody should feel at home, here in Lisbon or any other part of this beautiful world! I love to feel that and provide the same comfort to all Travelers that decide to visit my beautiful city or Portugal. Everyday we come to work with one only goal; To do everything possible to make all our beloved Guests feel at home. Good and happy life meeting wonderful people sharing Lisbon secret's while you're with us.

ZUZA Accommodations are divided in 3 types in order to fulfill all travelers needs either on style of holidays each person want to have, or depending also on the budget you planned. All our three properties are located in the heart of Lisbon historic city center and from all them you may walk day and night to enjoy Lisbon. Each ZUZA property in Lisbon are simply an extension of your home; therefore a homey atmosphere is always waiting for you after each beautiful day visiting our beloved city.

OUR RATES 

When booking remember that more you stay, less you pay! 🤩 You can see the night rate goes down when selecting 1, 2 or 3 nights or even more. The price reduces 😉

After selecting your travel dates to look for availability, our online reservation engine will always show you at the same time what's available in all the three Zuza properties. This way you save time and you will be able to see/compare between all our units and decide which one suits you better. Simply read; information is all there. All three Zuza properties are equally centrally located in the heart of the historic center.

B&B ZUZABED

Our little establishment with 4 bedrooms only is located in a stairway with no traffic in Chiado neighborhood. To access you have stairs in the street, in the building and if you decide to book one of the Terrace rooms with stunning views or the Vintage room, inside the house you also have another flight of stairs. Our street (stairs) connects Baixa district to Bairro Alto which is the nightlife neighborhood. Yes, our beautiful 4 bedrooms are small but very comfortable and all them have private unsuited toilet/bathroom with shower. Daily homemade hot breakfast buffet is offered if part of the rate. ZUZABED LISBON SUITES

This Zuza property is the ideal for those that consider in-room space a plus. Located in Bairro Alto neighborhood, we have seven modern suites all with private unsuited complete toilet/bathroom with bathtub+shower and each Suite also comes with a private kitchen full of convenient & modern appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher for private use in your Suite. It's like an apartment and to complete your morning, you may have daily breakfast (when included in the rate). Everyday the breakfast selection will be available in your Suite to be enjoyed in the privacy of your Suite. Despite we are located in a street with only a few restaurants next to us, Bairro Alto neighborhood is the district where everything happens day & night. Everybody knows that and our location allows you to step out and two blocks away enjoy a glass of wine or listen Fado music or to choose from one of the many Portuguese restaurants and populated bars of the Bairro Alto! (Read Zuzabed Lisbon suites sub-page on our website to learn more about this property). 

ZUZA VILLA ROSA

A oasis of quietness in the charming neighborhood of PRINCIPE REAL. Ideal location for those that want to live as a "Lisboeta" in a classy residential local neighborhood. You'll be at less than 10 minutes away from the Bairro Alto for all the restaurants and nightlife bars although in the Principe Real you may enjoy a local life with all the little local businesses and restaurants and also bars. As I said before is like living as a Lisboeta. No stairs involved at Villa Rosa in our ground floor location but away from street. You will have your own outdoor sunny patio to sit and relax or enjoy a meal. As many repeat Guests say "a truly oasis in Lisbon historic city center".
