Apartments check-in:   14:00 h.

Apartments check-out:  12:00 h.

 

Early arrivals:

From 8h we will be able to meet you at Zuza Guest House where your luggage will be stored  in case your apartment is not yet available or prepared for check-in. You must always inform your arrival time (flight details, etc).

 

Late check-in:

We can assure you reception at any time, anyway if your check-in occurs after 22h/10pm you should consider a Late Check-in Fee of 25€ to be paid at arrival to the Zuza Team member that will be waiting for you late in the night. Please remember you must always inform your arrival time (flight details, etc).

 

Late Check-out:

It will be a pleasure to store your luggage (for free) in case you fly late in the afternoon. That way you'll be free to enjoy another day visiting our beautiful city. Meet us at Zuza Guest House (office) where we will store your luggage.

 

Children:

Some apartments are suitable to accommodate childrens/babies.

Please read apartment description also when booking to find out if the desired apartment is according your needs.

Children/babies should always be part of the number of Persons to sleep when booking.

 

Smoking:

For security and comfort of all Guests, smoking is not allowed indoors at all apartments.

Smoking is only allowed in the terraces and balconies.

 

Pets:

Not allowed.
