Room check-in: 14:00 h.

Room check-out: 12:00 h.

 

THERE IS NO PERMANENT RECEPTION - always inform your arrival time.

 

Early arrivals:

We can meet you from 8am and directly at the accommodation address where we will store your luggage until check-in time. If room is available/prepared when you get there, we will check you in immediately. You should always inform at what time you plan to arrive so we can be there waiting for you. Remember, only from 8am. Before 8am there's no-one waiting for you; only Guests sleeping.

Late check-in:

We can assure you reception at any time, anyway if your check-in occurs from 22h/10pm you should consider a Late Check-in Fee of 25€ to be paid at arrival to the Zuza Team member that will be waiting for you late in the night. Please remember you must always inform your arrival time (flight details, etc).

 

Non-Smoking:

For security and comfort of all Guests, smoking is not allowed indoors in any part of the house. Smoking only allowed at the terrace and balconies.

 

Breakfast:

A delicious fresh & hot home made buffet breakfast is included and for your pleasure and comfort it is served everyday between 8h30 and 10h30 at the B&B Zuzabed.

If you check-out before 8h30 we will provide you a self-service early breakfast selection to go.

 

Children:

Also due to our location (steep steps) we are not prepared to host baby children's. Because of the maximum capacity per room from 4 years of age everybody counts to the room occupancy when booking.

 

House/rooms capacity:

Each room is for a maximum capacity of 2 Persons (children included) on Double or Twin bed versions (exception for one of the Terrace rooms; only double bed).

 

Pets:

Not allowed.
